Subject: Perfect Messier Marathon! From: SPACE India (space-india.com) Date: Sun, Mar 30, 2019 at 6:50 PM We attempted and recorded another Messier Marathon on the night of March 30, 2019 from one of the darkest sky in India, Astroport (www.astroportindia.com). Much to our surprise. A complete marathon with manual telescopes. Dobsonian 8" & 16". Was really fun and an experience never before. The moon was within 10 degrees of about a dozen objects in Sagittarius, which made tracking objects difficult due to lens flare and sky glow. Otherwise, the weather was perfect. Appreciate the sky of this amazing starry destinaation - Astroport Sariska.
