Subject: Messier Marathon for 2023

This year, I was able to do the Messier Marathon with a friend, Stuart 
Parkinson, from Tauranga, New Zealand. We began on the evening of 
March 14, 2023 and continued through the morning of March 15th. Stuart 
was observing "live" with me via electronically-assisted astronomy (EAA) 
for each of the Messier objects. We were able to view 109 of the 110 objects, 
missing only M30. We live-streamed the entire observing session, using the 
equipment at Emerald Hills Skies Observatory on the outskirts of Louisville, 
Kentucky, using a RASA 11-inch telescope. You can see the recording of the
